Fronteres Insulars

WITH Instabili Vaganti
June 29 — July 5
Intensive Site-Specific Intercultural Creation and Performance Workshop Beyond Borders International Project

The artistic research developed in Mallorca proposes exploring the island as a physical, emotional, and symbolic territory: a space of belonging and isolation, memory and transit, protection and border.

The process will work around themes such as:

  • insularity and confinement
  • body and territory
  • maritime memory and migration
  • island identity
  • local roots and global dynamics
  • the need for community and human connection

The creation process will combine physical theatre, contemporary dance, vocal research, multilingual dramaturgy, and performative work in open spaces.
